Happy Father's Day. We took him to see Inherit the Wind with Christopher Plummer and Brian Dennehy and Denis O'Hare (I love Denis O'Hare), and Dad and I had the cool seats that are actually on the stage as part of the courtroom audience. We had to put our stuff in a locker in the wings and we got to see everything from this wacky perspective. That was great and Dad was really, really into it. He even jumped to his feet and shouted "Bravo! Bravo!" at the end, causing Mr. Dennehy to give him a little wave when he turned to bow to the stage-audience.

Christopher Plummer is a great old Canadian dude. I think he has osteoperosis, though. He's very stooped. I hope that was for the role, but I think he's just a very old man now.

For dinner, Primitivo Osteria. Purely because they have a picture of a monkey on the menu. Gotta stretch our way into a theme every time.
